There’s a particular kind of submission that has always fascinated me

Not the loudest kind.

Not the person constantly announcing how obedient they are.

And definitely not the person who thinks submission is simply about doing whatever they’re told without thinking.

I’m much more interested in the person who understands why they’re submitting.

To me, genuine submission has intention behind it.

It’s someone making a conscious choice to give Mommy a little more influence, because they enjoy the feeling that comes with it. They know what they’re getting from the dynamic, and they understand that the psychological side can be just as important as anything physical.

That’s what makes a dynamic interesting to me.

I love confidence in a submissive. Someone who knows themselves, knows their limits and can still willingly hand over a little control within an agreed dynamic.

There’s something incredibly satisfying about that contrast.

Because submission isn’t necessarily weakness.

Sometimes it’s the opposite.

Sometimes the strongest person in the room is the one who can deliberately say, “I trust you enough to let you take the lead for a while.”

And as Mommy, I find that trust far more interesting than blind obedience.

I want to know what makes someone tick.

What do they enjoy about being submissive?

What makes them feel anticipation?

What makes them feel seen?

What is it about being under someone’s influence that they find so compelling?

Those questions are much more interesting to me than simply asking whether someone can follow an instruction.

The psychology is the part I enjoy.

Because once you understand why someone wants a particular dynamic, everything becomes more personal.

And perhaps that’s why I’ve always believed that the best submission isn’t about losing yourself.

It’s about deliberately choosing where you want to surrender control.

That choice is what makes it meaningful.

And honestly?
