First Broken Wrist

Well got my first broken bone. Ended up in a car accident over the weekend and met the airbag with my hand as i thought i was just catching myself for an abupt stop, shattering my wrist. Had surgery yesterday to have a plate put in and now waiting on cast clinic to call to remove staples snd temp cast for full cast. Nerve blocker is now wearing off so pain is coming back, it's also very itchy. Resting for speedy recovery, so unfortunately will not be as active. Send to help mommy feel better and for a speedy recovery. As I got minimum 8 weeks recovery from what I'm told but again this is my first ever broken bone.
