A Good Dog For Master

Sep 9, 2026 · 1 min read

When people think of a leash, they think of a physical tether, clipped to a collar on one end and held tightly on the other. Pulled too hard, it might choke, and it's best to go where the master is walking to avoid any stress.

Your leash is different. It isn't an object. It doesn't tug. No one else can see it.

But it's there. You can feel it, even when there isn't a collar around your neck. It pulls you towards me. It holds you right where I want you. And it doesn't just go away.

Where is this leash, then, if it isn't attached to you?

It's inside your wallet, silly.

It's the card you use to worship me. It's the money you choose to spend on me instead of giving yourself a needless luxury. It's the tributes you give to a master that manages you.

You like your leash. It may not be in a hand, but it leads you all the same.
