I Don’t Want Your Last Dollar

Aug 14, 2026 · 2 min read

There. I said it.

I know that might be a strange thing to hear from a financial Dominatrix, but your last dollar doesn't interest me.

I’m far more interested in the ones that came before it.

I want the money you deliberately chose to make mine. The tribute you planned for. The amount already sitting in your budget because you knew you’d want to send. The little indulgence you decided you wanted less than you wanted to please me.

That tells me something.

Anyone can be reckless for five minutes. Empty an account. Make one dramatic send. Bask in the rush of having done something they probably shouldn’t have.

And then what? You’re broke, I’m bored, and you’re useless to me until payday.

How terribly inefficient.

I prefer intention. I like knowing that somewhere between your rent, your savings, your groceries, and all those boring little obligations of adulthood, you made room for me.

Not because I needed you to. Because you wanted me there.

That’s where financial submission becomes interesting to me.

Money is a resource. You spend it according to what matters to you. Every purchase is a tiny decision about priority: I want this more than I want whatever else this money could buy.

So when you give some of that resource to me, I’m paying attention.

And when you do it again? Now you have my interest.

Consistency tells me far more than one spectacular act of financial self-destruction ever could.

You're going to handle your bills. Then you're going to look at the money left after they're paid and remember me. I want you deciding whether that unnecessary little purchase is really what you want instead of pleasing me. I want the moment when you realize you’ve started accounting for me before I ever had to command it.

Because I don’t want your last dollar. I want my place in the decisions you make about all the others.
