I notice the ones who show up consistently, not the ones who make big promises and disappear when it's time to follow through. I remember the people who pay attention, respect my expectations, and understand that consistency always speaks louder than words. You don't have to be loud to get noticed by me. Sometimes the quiet ones who simply show up, listen, and do what they say are the most memorable. That's the kind of energy I appreciate.
