Dear Diary,

Today I found myself thinking about all the people who quietly watch from a distance.
They scroll past, come back, read my words again, and wonder what it would be like to finally give in to their curiosity.

I think there’s something delicious about that moment before they decide.

The hesitation.
The anticipation.
That little voice asking, “What if I actually did it?”

I don’t need everyone’s attention.

I’m much more interested in the ones who can’t seem to stop thinking about me.

Maybe tomorrow I’ll discover who finally worked up the courage to say hello.
