You should have learned by now that I’m not impressed by empty promises.

I expect results.

If you want my attention, give me a reason to notice you. If you want my time, make it worth my while. I have standards, and I’m not interested in lowering them just because you can’t meet them.

I like being prioritised. I like getting exactly what I want. And I especially like knowing that someone is willing to put in the effort without needing constant reminders.

You don’t need to wonder what I expect from you.

I expect you to give. I expect you to deliver. I expect you to prove that you understand your role.

Now stop talking about what you’re going to do—and go prove it.
