Because right now you’re just another name in the sea of people who sit and stare and hope I’ll pick them. That’s not how this works.

If you want my attention, you earn it.

I’ve got games set up for a reason. Dice. Wheel. Trivia. Whatever I’m running that day. You open them, you take the risk, and whatever happens gets written down. No “oops I didn’t mean to.” No disappearing after you lose. It sits there waiting for me to look at it and decide what happens next.

Some of you will climb the board. Some of you will dig yourself a nice little hole. Either way, I see it. I see who’s serious and who’s just wasting time.
