Aftercare: Taking Care of My Sub 🤍

Sep 7, 2026 · 2 min read

Control doesn't end when the scene does.

In fact, that's when I pay even closer attention. đź–¤

Aftercare is about bringing you back down gently after you've spent all that energy submitting, following instructions, playing games, or pushing yourself for me.

This is a little of how I like to take care of my sub afterward:

a) Check in.
First, I want to know how you're feeling. Not just a quick “I'm fine.”
Tell me honestly—physically, mentally, emotionally. If something felt too intense, I want to know.

b) Hydrate. đź’§
Get yourself some water. Slowly. Especially if you've been sitting for a long time, feeling tense, or caught up in the intensity of the dynamic.

c) Get comfortable.
Change into something comfortable, get under a blanket, lie down, or simply give yourself some quiet time.
The goal is to let your nervous system settle.

d) Breathe and decompress.
No more tasks for a little while. No proving yourself. No trying to impress me. Just breathe, relax, and let the intensity fade.

e) Eat something if you need it.
A proper meal or a small snack can be exactly what you need after an intense session. Taking care of the basics matters a lot for me.

f) Talk to me.
This is my favorite part. Tell me what you enjoyed. What surprised you. What made you nervous. What you'd like more—or less—of next time.
You can tell me you missed me already. I might enjoy hearing that.

g) Expect reassurance.
If you've been especially vulnerable with me, I don't want you sitting afterward wondering whether I still care or not.
You do not suddenly become irrelevant because the game is over. You're still my sub and all I want is your wellbeing.

h) Check in again later.
Sometimes the emotional drop doesn't happen immediately.
So I may check on you again later that same evening—or the next day.
A simple “How are you feeling now, sweetie?” can mean a whole lot.

i) Remember the dynamic doesn't disappear.
Aftercare doesn't mean I stop being your Goddess.
It means I use that position responsibly.

Sometimes you'll get praise.
Sometimes you'll get softness.
Sometimes you'll simply get: “Good pup. You've done enough for today. Now rest.”

Because submission isn't only about what you can give me.

Sometimes it's about allowing your Goddess to take care of you, too.
