Findom is intimate. At its core, it’s a power exchange involving one of the most intimate parts of our world — money.

Findom is complex. Money may be the driving instrument of play, but there are elements of other kinks sprinkled throughout. Worship, humiliation, femdom, chastity, denial… there are endless paths that can lead to findom.

Involving findom in a D/s dynamic makes it exceptionally potent. Money is powerful because our society has deemed it so. Findom is essentially playing with fire. It’s scary how easy it is to ruin someone’s entire life with this sort of play, and that’s why it’s so important to have some basis of a healthy relationship with money first. That, and remembering that findom is just a kink and that outside of spicy time, we’re all just people living our lives.
